Ironwood Flights is a seated tasting experience where guests can choose from four curated flight options, each featuring a selection of four ciders.
Essential ($16): Our four flagship ciders - Original, Yuja, Lima, and Aranciata.
Seasonal ($18): A rotating selection of four featured releases from our draft program and limited modern expressions.
Artisan ($23): Four artisan ciders shaped by wild fermentation, barrel aging, and small-batch blending from rare and heritage apple varieties.
Classic ($23): Four classic fruit wines reflecting our orchard-driven, estate production approach.
Reservations are available daily every 30 minutes from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, for up to 6 guests per booking.

Walk-ins for flights and cider by the glass are welcome during regular hours, subject to availability.
Full payment is required at booking. Cancellations receive a full refund up to 72 hours before reservation; no refunds within 72 hours.
